Get more benefits and more savings with a Medicare Advantage HMO plan.
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans from Wellcare
Our Medicare Advantage HMO plans give you access to our wide network of doctors and hospitals, alongside more benefits than Original Medicare. With an HMO plan you can enjoy cost-savings by receiving most of your care and services from providers in our plan network. While you may have options to go out-of-network for some services, you will enjoy savings by receiving care from an in-network provider. You should expect to choose a Primary Care Provider, or PCP. Your PCP will likely need to refer you to see a specialist.
Wellcare has multiple HMO plan options that provide access to important care you may need as well as long-term savings. Our HMO plans come with valuable extras, like dental, vision, hearing, fitness and more - to help you take control of your health.
